Andy Greene 

Co-Founder

Andy has over 25 years of experience in all areas of start-ups including business plan development, early-stage execution, corporate finance & operations, and capital raising. He is a business leader with success in negotiating, structuring and executing on all forms of financing from initial seed funding through initial public offerings.

Andy has extensive experience in technology applications and has owned and operated a management and corporate consulting / legal advisory firm focused on early-stage companies, utilizing a network of institutional, professional services and family office firms who represent early round investor groups of some of the largest former “unicorn” companies such as Spotify and Lyft.

Andy holds a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. He also attended Cambridge University (International Exchange Program).

Preston Hayes

Co-Founder

Preston has over 14 years of investment banking and private equity experience, where he partnered with companies of various sizes and development stages to help them raise capital and accelerate their growth trajectory.

 

Preston was most recently a Principal in the Private Equity Group at Ares Management, where he spent over a decade underwriting complex transactions and executing on multifaceted value creation plans. He spent a majority of his time there focused on large energy and infrastructure projects.

 

Prior to joining Ares, Preston was an investment banking generalist at Jefferies, where he worked in the Restructuring & Recapitalization and Leveraged Finance groups. Preston holds a B.S. degree from the Wallace E Carroll School of Management at Boston College where he graduated Summa Cum Lade from the Honors Program.

R. Bryce Kristensen

EVP, Strategy and Marketing

Named one of Ad Age's 40 Under 40, Robert Bryce Kristensen is a young, yet seasoned media executive with deep experience across all levels of entertainment, sports, tech, and politics; becoming one of the first executives to harmonize marketing, media, and content strategies into one singular cohesive strategy. Previously, his company, Powell Street, served as consultant to companies seeking direction in the social, digital, and emerging platform spaces.

 

Prior to Powell Street, Bryce also spent more than 10 years working across the entire NBC Universal portfolio to create new original digital content and marketing concepts aimed at reaching younger millennial viewers for traditionally older skewing brands while also spearheading the corporation’s key partnership relationships with companies such as Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube.

 

Additionally, he was tasked with creating the NBCU Digital Lab, their 1st original Digital Content Studio and quickly launched exclusive programming for Snapchat’s discover platform while simultaneously defining the ad sales, PR, and programming direction for all new content initiatives.

Len Kristensen

Vice President of Construction & Development

With more than 35 years of construction and real estate development experience, Len, is adept at all phases of large scale project management. His expertise varies from single projects to large multi-use developments. Having worked with developers, engineering firms, power providers, architects, and city planners, he is uniquely positioned to manage Electus Energy’s full slate of construction development. 

 

He has a wide range of experience, including Entitlements, Zone Changes, Site Utilities, Planning Approval, Coastal Commission requirements, Implementation of Conditions of Approval, Environmental Impact Reports, CalTrans Approvals, and Fire Life Safety. His clients have included high-end residential, apartments, and commercial developers, including tenant improvements and ground-up retail and office projects. His projects include the NFL’s LA Rams Headquarters, multiple Walgreens and CVS stores, in addition to a significant enhancement of the Van Nuys Airport and a Volkswagen/Mazda Dealership in Southern California.

 

He has also managed the construction of complex technical projects such as underground parking structures, cantilevered structures, and electric fueling stations across Southern California and Arizona.

Sean Crossman

Vice President, Business Development & Acquisitions

Having spent the past 20 years acquiring, developing, leasing and managing commercial real estate assets in Southern California, Sean has expanded his expert property evaluation and management background to Arizona, Texas, and Louisiana. 

 

Most recently Sean's focused his last 12 years on successfully owning and operating an expansive fast casual restaurant chain with close to 10 locations in Southern California. As the lead business development contact for Electus, he'll be leveraging his site selection and property acquisition background to locate and coordinate opportunities for Electus Energy's power plant locations throughout the Southern United States.

Collin Iacarella

Advisor
Development & Acquisitions

Collin has spent the last 15 years as a sales professional covering Arizona, California, Minnesota, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin. He has built a strong network across a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, medical devices, professional athletics, and launching startup technologies/companies. In an Advisory role with Electus, Collin will utilize his relationships to facilitate new H2 Fleet Conversion and H2 Production opportunities.

 

Collin attended the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, double majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management. He also attended the Copenhagen School of Business.

Jay Chapa

Strategic Adviser - Texas

An instrumental figure in city and state government, Jay has overseen projects and initiatives over the last two decades in Fort Worth that have helped the city grow to the 12th largest in the nation.​

Serving the City of Fort Worth for 25 years in a variety of leadership roles culminating as Deputy City Manager, Jay was responsible for key departments, managing and running the city’s economic development, law enforcement, transportation/public works, finance, and tourism groups. ​

His projects have resulted in the investment of well over $15 billion in new development including the transformations of downtown, the Fort Worth Stockyards, and the Southside Hospital District. ​

Daniel Rudnick

Strategic Adviser - Southern California 

With 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Daniel is a lifelong resident of Bakersfield, California. His educational background includes a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management from the California Polytechnic Institute of San Luis Obispo in 1979, and a J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1983.

 

He further pursued postdoctoral studies in International Business Transactions and Tax in Europe while attending the McGeorge School of Law program in 1983.

 

In 1990, Daniel was honored with the Presidents Pro Bono Award for District 5, the most prestigious accolade a lawyer can receive from the California State Bar.

 

Besides his legal practice, he has also ventured into the range livestock industry, wind energy, solar and advanced biofuels.
